In our PAKET PLUS office in Bratislava, we had the pleasure of welcoming Nikola Ilchev, the founder of the Balkan eCommerce Summit, all the way from sunny Bulgaria. After meeting at a conference, Nikola invited us to participate in his “Behind the Scenes” video series for YouTube.
Together, we explored the entire process—from creating an advertising campaign, through printing and sending to the warehouse for sorting, to the final implementation through inserts into partner packages. We spent exciting days filming and exchanging ideas related to e-commerce.
